Will I receive confirmation of my journey?

For online bookings, you will receive email  confirmation. The email confirms we have successfully received your payment, and that we are in the process of allocating a driver . A separate email with your driver and vehicle details will also be sent on the day of your booking.

How do I pay for my journey?

You can pay for your journey with a valid credit/debit card when booking online, via the app or by phone. We accept all major cards including American Express as payment. For advance bookings you can pay direct into our account. Regular customers of course have the option of paying cash to the driver.

How do I obtain a receipt for my journey?

Your receipt will be emailed to you when booking online, via the app or over the phone. Customers who hold a corporate account with us will be emailed weekly/monthly statements.
