Terms & Conditions

Anyone who uses this website and agrees to the services provided will be deemed to have read, agreed and fully understood the following terms and conditions:

1.0 Any changes to the journey(s) originally discussed, booked and agreed between Quantum Cars and the client or parties booking on behalf of a client, may be subject to an additional charge if the changes involve extra time, change of vehicle, change of service or changes to the distance being covered.

1.1 No extra charges or fees will be payable upon completion of the job, except where there is additional parking charges or waiting time incurred.

1.2 We reserve the right to adjust our charges at any time.

1.3 We reserve the right to change any vehicle or driver.

1.4 In the event of the client not showing, or if the client or parties booking on behalf of the client cancel within 48 hours of the start of the period of hire, any money paid (partial or full) will be non-refundable.

1.5 Customers properties are carried at their own risk, we will not be held liable/responsible for any loss or damage to any property.

1.6 We cannot be held responsible/liable for any loss, financial, professional, missed trains, missed flights or missed connection times as a result of the taxi not showing at the pick up address at the booked date and time.

1.7 We cannot be held responsible/liable for any missed connection, trains, flights, boats and events due to adverse weather conditions, traffic, road traffic incidents or road closures.

1.8 Alcohol is not allowed in the vehicle at any time. Alcohol must be stowed in the exterior luggage compartment. Should the vehicle require a valet at any time due to alcohol consumption , negligence or illness a charge of £250.00 will be payable to cover the cost of cleaning and subsequent loss of earnings.

1.9 The consumption of food is not permitted in any of our vehicles unless an arrangement is made in writing prior to the journey commencing or unless a medical certificate is shown.

2.0 In the event of any dissatisfactory service, you (the client or party booking on behalf of the client) will need to confirm this in writing. Complaints can on be sent the the head office address stated on the contact us page.

2.1 All our vehicles are fitted with seat belts as with compliance with the EU and UK Law. You as the hirer hold full responsibility to ensure all passengers wear a seat belt at all times. If at all the driver feels the journey is unsafe, you will be asked to leave and will be liable for the full journey charge.

2.2 Quantum Cars reserves the right to change any offer, tariff or amend the terms & conditions at any time.
